Being healthy i would say it’s one of the most important things in our life.It helps us to do what we do.No matter what it is.No matter how rich or poor you are-health is very important.In order to keep yourself as productive as you can you should think about what do i eat?Are you tempted to grab that sweet piece of cake?That ice-cream with flavors,milk chocolate bar and candies?Do you know how much sugar is in one milk chocolate bar?26 grams!The recommended daily allowance is only 36 grams of sugar per day!So imagine how bad it is for us when we eat a bunch of them!!!I stoped eating that stuff a long time ago.I grew up in family of sports freaks ;p! And i saw my friends eating all that stuff…chips,cola,donuts…jelly…Eww!I must admit.I was jealous.But i had a strong will to resist.I love salad,fruits and fresh juice!I see those natural colours and i have that same feeling as i’m in love!And i am!I love myself and i want to treat my body good!
The other very important thing to talk about is-Fitness.I personaly did gymnastics,tennis,i went to gym,bicycle,running in the park and swimming.You name it.After school i would go to gym and sweat for a dream body.The point is not to actually have a dream body.I never over did it.Yes,you can be fit but never stop only on that.Many people that i know are just being obsessed with it.I love sports but besides that there are a lot of other things in life we can get busy with.My point here is trying to keep things in balace.Balance is so important.
Bottom line.I want to encourage as much people as possible to stop eating things which are not doing any good to your health and do more sports.And keep ofcourse balance.In everything.
